Job summary

Team Velocity is hiring an entry-level Website Support Specialist L1 to support automotive marketing platforms from our Phoenix, AZ office. You will resolve website-related requests, assist onboarding and customer success teams, and collaborate with OEMs and developers.

You will apply your HTML/CSS understanding, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to deliver timely, accurate resolutions, while learning our Apollo platform and industry products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant customer support experience.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with clear, concise technical communication.
• Positive attitude with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve website support related requests via email, phone, and web submissions.
• Assist onboarding, OEM, and Customer Success teams with maintenance of website content and inventory management as needed.
• Analyze, document, and report product malfunctions and technical issues using company tracking systems.
• Keep up to date with the latest product enhancements and functionality.
