MCI is expanding its call center team to support the Get Out the Vote initiative in the United States. The role involves outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling calls, resolving issues, and documenting interactions while adhering to program scripts and security requirements. Remote and on-site options may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.
• Fluent English reading and speaking.
• Wired, high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Typing at least 20 words per minute.
• Ability to work regular shifts within operating hours.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications and learning new systems.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Customer service oriented, empathetic and responsive.
• Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
• Strong teamwork and customer focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to adapt to changes and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to locate missing information and coordinate with departments.
• Follow client program scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Document and process customer claims in systems.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Aim for first-call resolution through problem solving.
• Attend training and stay updated on program knowledge.
