Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Wired, high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Type swiftly and accurately (20+ wpm).
• Able to work regular shifts including training period.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications and learning new systems.
• Reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow-up on customer issues.
• Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation.
• Customer service oriented, empathetic and patient.
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
• Strong interpersonal and team-focused skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with change.
• Ability to build relationships with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow the Client program scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize systems to complete account management tasks.
• Document and process customer claims in systems.
• Escalate issues with managerial staff when needed.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving.
• Attend training and stay updated on program knowledge.
