Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives in the United States to support the Get Out the Vote initiative. You will make outbound calls for the Republican Party, handle inquiries, document interactions, and follow established scripts and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow client program processes and perform tasks professionally.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff and aim for first call resolution.
