Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives to support its Get Out the Vote initiative. This role involves making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and adhering to program guidelines.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have excellent communication skills, and can work within our scheduled shifts. The position may require background checks and drug screening as part of eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English fluently.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures and use knowledge base to answer questions.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
