Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives for a Get Out the Vote initiative. You will make outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout, working from home. Responsibilities include handling calls, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and following training materials.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and comfortable representing the party. Strong typing, internet speed, and MS Office proficiency are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data-entry on a computer is preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to type 20+ WPM.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training period.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely manner.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Document and process customer information in systems.
• Follow client program scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Aim for first-call resolution through effective problem solving.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on knowledge and systems.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
