Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Bentonville, AR is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional. You will be trained to target small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Expect to interact with business owners, benefits managers, and employees. You will build your own client portfolio, drive sales targets, and schedule weekly activities while benefiting from a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Background check completed or pass pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain (training and licensing fees reimbursed)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client base within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity
