Job summary

Altitude Development Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Corsicana, TX. You will drive outreach, cold-call local businesses, and pitch our insurance solutions to owners and decision-makers.

You manage your own territory with accountability for results and strong support from our team. You will train through virtual classrooms and hands-on territory work, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and potential promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Ability to work in a team and drive personal success in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and prospecting skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing rese rvice.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly target goals.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and report to your manager weekly.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold calls with warm leads.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
