Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate for Kentucky. You will prospect, cold-call, and pitch insurance solutions to business owners and decision‑makers in your assigned territory.

You will manage your own schedule and territory with training and tools provided to help you close deals. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and quota attainment in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or able to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to develop relationships with local business owners and decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium‑sized businesses in your assigned territory to offer insurance products and services.
• Meet with business owners and decision‑makers for product presentations.
• Set follow‑up appointments and review client needs.
• Maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily; balance cold and warm leads.
