Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business in a dedicated territory. The role focuses on in-person client acquisition and retention, with full training and a collaborative team of supplemental insurance producers.

You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers, present industry-leading products, and drive growth through diligent scheduling, CRM use, and weekly planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance producer license in resident state; licensing fees reimbursed.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Schedule meetings with potential and current clients to assess needs.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and sales activity.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team; meet targets.
