Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a motivated territory-based Sales Representative for the United States market. You will receive comprehensive training to sell supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and their workforce.

Expect a mix of one-on-one discussions and group presentations to 50–100+ attendees, with room for growth and advancement. You will manage your own schedule, travel locally, and build a client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
