Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Tennessee to lead outreach to small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers. You will perform cold calls, schedule face-to-face meetings, and present tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs while building a personal book of business and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to SMB owners and decision-makers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct cold calling and set up face-to-face meetings.
• Present Altitude's Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
