• High-level pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation needed.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (reimbursement for fees).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Build and maintain your client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
