Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to promote supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You’ll receive comprehensive training to reach decision-makers and deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people.

The role emphasizes autonomous scheduling, active prospecting, and ongoing development. Prior sales experience is not required; a strong drive and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily activity and sales updates.
