Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Texas to drive outreach and growth in a defined territory. You’ll engage business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, and build your own client base with support from training and leadership.

The role emphasizes independence, performance-based rewards, and advancement within a collaborative team, with licensing assistance available for Health & Life products.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in outside sales.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in assigned territory, meeting with owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance products to small and medium businesses and employees.
• Develop and manage a personal book of business.
• Set and review monthly/quarterly sales goals with manager.
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments.
