Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, cold calls, and face-to-face pitches of our insurance solutions to business owners and decision-makers. You will own your assigned territory and work with a team that supports your growth and success.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll develop relationships with local business owners, set your schedule, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be natural communicators with the ability to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Outside sales skills and a proactive approach to generating new opportunities are required.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and mid-size businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and manage territory.
• Set follow-up appointments and present to groups of 50–100+ people as needed.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
