Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your designated territory. You will prospect, build relationships with small to medium businesses, and close sales with persistence, even after setbacks.

You will be trained in our sales process, manage your own book of business, and report metrics daily. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with licensing support for Health & Life products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales within your own territory meeting with small to medium business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients using cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
• Present Altitude's insurance solutions and close deals, often on the spot.
• Schedule follow-up meetings to solidify client relationships and secure long-term commitments.
