Altitude Development Group in Missouri seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, meet business owners and present insurance solutions. You’ll own a territory, train in sales methods, and build a client book with support and resources from the team.

You’ll respond to inquiries, set and attend meetings, and balance cold outreach with warm leads. A licensed or licensable Health & Life producer is required or reimbursed, with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• Licensed in Health & Life (or willing to obtain, license reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Experience in selling to business owners and decision-makers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing reservice.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with the sales team manager to discuss targets and quotas.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Follow up on provided sales leads and balance cold and warm leads.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
