Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to operate in your assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's insurance solutions. You will excel at cold calling, scheduling follow-ups, and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive your own success, manage a book of business, and participate in training to develop professional sales skills, with growth opportunities as you perform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your assigned territory with in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Schedule follow-ups and product presentations, balancing cold and warm leads.
