Job summary

Altitude Development Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to engage with small and medium-sized business owners, conduct cold calls, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions in your assigned territory.

As part of a supportive, team-oriented culture, you will build relationships, balance cold outreach with warm leads, and set your own weekly hours while reporting metrics to your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident communicator with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, calling on small and medium businesses and meeting owners/decision-makers.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and balance cold and warm leads.
• Present Altitude's insurance solutions to address unique client needs.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and manage your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
