Altitude Development Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in a defined sales territory. You’ll cold-call, meet business owners and key decision-makers, and present supplemental insurance solutions while building a personal book of business.

You’ll train through virtual classes and hands-on sales programs, with weekly draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional post-high school work experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

Mansioni

• Prospect on new and existing clients within assigned territory.
• Present and explain insurance products to business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Coordinate with sales team and manager for pipeline and quotas.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations.
