Altitude Group in Louisiana is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own a designated sales territory, build relationships with business owners, and drive growth through self-directed selling. You will control your schedule, conduct cold calls and in-person meetings, and tailor your pitch to client needs while promoting Altitude's Insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Experience in autonomous territory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Build and nurture relationships with small to medium business owners.
