Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales representative. You will target small and medium businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and promote supplemental insurance products.

We provide comprehensive training, support for new hires, a path to growth, and a compensation package with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. A valid driver’s license and a producer license (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with <4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day.
