Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study provided)
• Pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your professional network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals
• Grow and nurture your own client portfolio
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager
• Plan weekly schedule and hours; submit to manager
• Record daily activity and sales metrics
