Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
