Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling conversations professionally.
• Manage challenging customer interactions without getting flustered.
• Provide Windows-based application support including file structures and database tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues during training and beyond.
• Handle 13-15 calls per day.
