Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to build trusted relationships with engineering and science clients. The role focuses on territory development, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities that drive value for clients and our consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-3 years of customer service, leadership, and/or sales experience.
Strong desire for B2B/relationship-based sales.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Sense of urgency and professionalism.
Strong propensity to learn as necessary.

Responsibilities

Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for your territory.
Establish target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
Identify and manage relationships with clients and decision makers.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiate to create value.
Increase sales and market share within assigned and new accounts.
Partner with recruiting to fulfill client needs.
