Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to help advance the careers of skilled professionals in engineering and sciences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and strong professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions expert for respective territory and establish target accounts.
• Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify opportunities and create value.
• Increase sales and market share across assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability and market alignment.
• Support recruiters in identifying top talent to fulfill client needs.
