Job summary

SV Academy partners with a high-growth B2B SaaS company to launch careers as Sales Development Representatives (BDR). You’ll start with two weeks of free live training, then enter a 90-day paid residency at $2,500 per month plus commissions, with mentorship and a direct path to full-time roles after graduation.

You’ll learn how modern SaaS companies scale, qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and build real-world sales experience to accelerate your tech career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Spark interest and clearly communicate the value of the product
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify real opportunities
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Track activity and performance using CRM tools
• Continuously sharpen your skills in messaging, objection handling, and sales strategy
