Job summary

SV Academy, in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, is hiring Business Development Representatives. This full‑time role offers free sales training, a 90‑day paid Residency embedded at a partner company, and a clear path to a long‑term sales role across 400+ partner companies.

Cohorts start weekly, limited to 25 Residents, with compensation during training and a potential total annual package of $55k–$100k after the residency, plus comprehensive benefits upon transfer to the

Qualifications

• English proficiency for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to attend evening sessions during bootcamp.
• Completion of SNHU Career Sessions with SV Academy in fall 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Coordinate with partner companies to ensure successful onboarding and residency.
• Maintain CRM notes and activity logs to track progress.
