Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) is seeking an entry-level Technology Sales Consultant for our Midland, TX office. The role offers hands-on training in IT solutions sales, client relationships, and proposal development.

You will learn CTSI products and services, gather client data, and translate needs into technical specifications to drive solutions. Travel to local events and client sites is expected as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred for customer-facing tech sales roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to translate client needs into IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by building relationships with current clients and new prospects.
• Provide tailored IT guidance to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications to support solution development.
• Prepare detailed proposals and oversee order fulfillment for timely delivery.
• Develop knowledge of CTSI products and services to communicate value to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, gather data, and create customized solutions.
• Proactively surface client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Provide continued consultation to ensure long-term satisfaction with CTSI solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, industry trade shows, and local events to build relationships.
