Qualifications

• Prior experience in a technical role or IT concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills; understanding of desktop software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by building relationships with current clients and prospects.
• Provide IT guidance to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications for solution development.
• Prepare detailed proposals and oversee order fulfillment for timely delivery.
• Develop knowledge of CTSI products and services to communicate value to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and create customized solutions.
• Surface client challenges and collaborate with teams to develop effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support for long-term satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings, trade shows, networking events, and local engagements to build relationships.
