Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing, sales, or technical environment.
• Prior experience in a technical role or working knowledge of IT concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general PC hardware/software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by building relationships with current clients and prospects.
• Provide IT guidance to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications for solution development.
• Prepare detailed proposals and oversee order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop knowledge of CTSI’s products to communicate value to clients.
• Engage with clients to gather data and support customized solutions.
• Surface client challenges and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and local events to network.
• Represent CTSI as a speaker at events to enhance market presence.
