Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in customer-facing, sales, or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by building relationships with current clients and prospects.
• Provide IT guidance to align solutions with business objectives.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications to support solution development.
• Prepare proposals and oversee order fulfillment for timely delivery.
• Develop knowledge of CTSI products and services to communicate value to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and gather data for customized solutions.
