Job summary

Productiv Team in Rockville, MD is seeking a motivated Junior Talent Solutions Associate to support the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This entry-level role focuses on building client relationships and gaining exposure to recruiting and account management in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with senior team members, maintain candidate and client records in the ATS, and help expand talent pipelines across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities.
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, or client relationship management.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open roles across multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in matching qualified candidates with client needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Support outreach efforts to attract new candidates and expand talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist senior team members with client meetings, job postings, and market research.
