Talentoma is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist for an entry-level, full-time role. You will source candidates, engage applicants, screen early, and coordinate interviews, helping to build organized pipelines and professional communication.

In this fully remote position, you’ll learn ATS and sourcing platforms, manage multiple candidate interactions, and collaborate with the recruiting team to support campaigns and timely updates for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates via approved channels.
• Review applications against established requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information.
• Update applicant tracking systems with current information.
• Communicate interview details and recruiting updates professionally.
• Track candidate activity and outstanding follow-ups.
• Support recruiting campaigns and talent-pipeline development.
• Escalate candidate questions or recruiting issues when appropriate.
