Job summary

Rock Creek Foundation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding activities, while supporting employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a people-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Social media recruitment familiarity is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
