Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee in Rockville, MD to own the full recruiting lifecycle and drive career opportunities for consultants. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and coach consultants through interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicate work opportunities and preparing consultants for starting their new roles.
• Performing relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in on their first day of work.
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with your network of professionals to help advance their careers.
