Job summary

Rock Creek Foundation in Maryland is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the HR and Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will post openings, screen resumes, reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, maintain HRIS/ATS records, assist onboarding, and promote our employer brand.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, with at least two years in a people-facing role and pursuing an Associates or Bachelors in HR or Business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in any people-facing role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and career pages.
• Review resumes and applications for minimum qualifications.
• Initial candidate outreach via email and phone.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview logistics (virtual links and rooms).
• Maintain HRIS/ATS records and recruitment reports.
• Assist with onboarding materials and new hire documentation.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
