Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Lenexa, KS. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, servers, and network equipment; manage user accounts and access; and coordinate with vendors to keep systems operating smoothly.

The role supports cross-location IT services, requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience, and offers comprehensive benefits with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; AND two (2) years of experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting personal computer/network/server hardware and software; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of LAN hardware/software, PC hardware, software capabilities, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems and equipment; troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Manage user accounts, groups, computers, and passwords in directory services and email.
• Install and maintain PCs across Pace locations and customize software; ensure vendor hardware/software function correctly.
