Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to install, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, servers, and network equipment. You will support multiple Pace locations, manage user accounts, and ensure reliable data, voice, and internet services.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 2 years of relevant experience and are comfortable working on-call to support site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC/network/server hardware and software.
• Ability to manage user accounts and provide technical support across Pace locations.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, documents and maintains LAN systems and equipment; troubleshoots hardware/software problems.
• Manages user accounts, access and passwords; creates groups and accounts in directory services and email.
• Installs, tests, documents and maintains PC systems across Pace locations; assists users and customizes software.
