Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is hiring an IT Systems Technician to support installation, maintenance and administration of PCs, servers, and network devices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts, and assist with vendor coordination across Pace locations.

The role requires a relevant degree and at least two years of experience; strong documentation and teamwork skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of IT hardware/software experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN knowledge and ability to install and troubleshoot PCs, servers, printers, and related devices.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and office communication systems; documentation skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems and equipment; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access across directory services and email.
• Provide back-up and on-site support; assist regional IT staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Create clear user documentation and train staff on hardware/software usage.
