Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Systems Administrator I to provide technical support for PCs, networked systems, and servers at our Indianapolis locations. You will manage user accounts, install and maintain hardware/software, and coordinate with IT to ensure secure, reliable service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of hands-on experience. Regular hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-site work and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting PC/network/server hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, documents and maintains LAN systems and equipment; resolves hardware and software issues.
• Manages user accounts, access, and passwords; creates groups and accounts in directory services and email.
• Installs, tests and maintains PCs across Pace locations; assists in hardware/software needs and vendor compatibility.
• Monitors and troubleshoots data/voice/internet services and premises servers; communicates outages and resolutions.
• Provides on-call support for site/region; documents procedures and maintains accurate records.
