- Act as LIS help desk resource and provide corrective actions.
- Monitor integrated systems and respond to abnormal conditions.
- Operate master console, document issues, and inform leadership.
- Oversee tape volumes, backups, and offsite transfers.
- Troubleshoot file server hardware and operating systems.
- Install and troubleshoot software applications and upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors on hardware/software selections.
