You will engage with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and manage leads using Salesforce. A structured training path, licensing assistance, and performance-based rewards are provided.

Qualificações

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• License in Health & Life Insurance (resident state) or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience (relevant sales or athletic background considered).

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads and build client portfolio using Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit local businesses to establish relationships and generate referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
• Provide ongoing client support and re-service existing accounts.
