Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Inverness, FL, seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales associate to join our training-driven team and help people protect their futures. You will build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and grow a personal client portfolio through a structured training program and ongoing coaching.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and a path to performance-based rewards, including

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state, or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience, including relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs for potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and referral leads; re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; track daily activity.
