Qualifications

• Prerequisites include a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain) with study support and license fee reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and weekly schedule.
