Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain - training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and service existing clients.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
