Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Colorado. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while building relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

Expect to deliver both individual and group presentations and to develop a durable client portfolio. You will work with a driven sales team, scheduling meetings, and visiting clients to understand insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with business owners, HR heads, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver both individual and group presentations.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit plan to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
