Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. This role includes comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a successful sales career.

You will learn to connect with business owners, HR heads, and key decision-makers while delivering value through insurance products. You'll use our Salesforce CRM, schedule and conduct meetings, visit local businesses, and strive to grow your personal client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Licensure as Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and referrers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio and hit targets with the team.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report it to your manager.
